I gotta admit, I didn't have full control over the creative direction on this one. It took a couple of years to finish and went through several iterations. But I have to give credit where it's due: Alice Oehr's Illustration brought the book together, especially that amazing (ABDA Shortlisted) cover.

We shot the book in Karen's impressive new kitchen with Mark Chew behind the camera and Karina Duncan's expert styling. It's a massive book, like, drop it off a table and pancake your chihuahua huge. It’s literally the only cookbook you need, but you’ll buy more.
